Will I have out-of-pocket costs?
Coverage varies depending on your specific policy's deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance requirements. During intake, we perform a complimentary benefits check to provide a clear estimate of potential out-of-pocket costs.
What if my insurance denies a claim?
We work diligently on the front end to ensure pre-authorizations are secure before starting services. If a claim is denied unexpectedly, our billing team will work closely with your insurance provider to resolve the issue.
Are diagnostic assessments covered?
We do not provide initial medical diagnostic evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). An existing diagnosis is typically required by insurance companies before they will authorize comprehensive ABA therapy services.
